المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage wholesale operations across KSA to deliver sustainable growth
- Work closely with existing strategic partners and their sales teams to deliver reach and growth KPIs
- Expand the wholesale strategic partner network by upgrading existing partners or recruiting new ones
- Grow wholesale coverage and unlock deeper route-to-market penetration
- Lead the wholesale marketing agenda with a strong focus on activities
- Strengthen collaboration between distributor teams and wholesale partners
- Support wholesalers with business solutions that increase revenue and operational efficiency
- Implement performance monitoring tools and dashboards for wholesalers
- Conduct quarterly kitchen training sessions to enhance product knowledge and usage
- Execute joint market visits with strategic partner teams
المؤهلات
- 2 years experience in Foodservice Distributor management
- English & Arabic is a must
