Data Center Commercial Support Engineer

Eaton is hiring a Data Center Commercial Support Engineer to address delivery issues, handle complaints, and support customer relationship management. You will provide administrative and logistical support to Key Account Managers and Directors, assist in developing proposals, and manage Salesforce documentation for the Middle East and Africa Data Center business.
المسؤوليات
- Address delivery issues, handle complaints, and support customer relationship management
- Support KAMs, Business and Commercial Directors for day-to-day operations
- Assist in developing proposals that meet client requirements
- Commercially respond to offer proposals
- Oversee effective handover to post sales service & customer support teams
- Maintain documentation and process in Salesforce
- Support KAMs to be continuously aware of targets and forecast information
- Provide internal stakeholders specific guidance and insights required for execution
المؤهلات
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience and knowledge in a technology related field desirable
- Must be able to identify and implement new tools and processes
