Senior Manager - Commercial

Oversees project cost management, coordinates contracts, and ensures compliance with corporate policies at SEVEN. Validating expenditures, managing contractual relationships with vendors, and supporting commercial tender reviews. Act as representative with local and international ventures. Comply with unit budget. Supervise Commercial, Planning and Project Controls budget utilization. Lead day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies. Advise on cost-related matters. Verify invoices and claims from suppliers. Assist with commercial reviews of tenders for procurement. Provide analytical support during evaluation.

- Advise Director on cost-related matters
- Manage and coordinate all contracts with vendors and contractors
- Ensure contractual agreements align with project goals
- Review and validate quantities delivered by general contractors
- Verify invoices and claims from subcontractors
- Manage compliance process for contracting policies
- Assist with commercial reviews of tenders
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- 8 years of relevant experience with 4 years in a management role
