Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their fully remote team. This role focuses on optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards. You will leverage expertise in process design, automation, Lean principles, and data analysis.
المسؤوليات
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows.
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual labor.
- Create process documentation (SOPs, work instructions).
- Collaborate with R&D on product design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Analyze production data to identify trends and root causes.
- Mentor production staff on best practices.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing automation, robotics, and control systems.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
