  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition including training needs
  • Develop recruitment strategies
  • Manage LMRA, Sijalit, Immigration, Tamkeen processes
  • Coordinate postings, screening, and interviews
  • Manage onboarding for new hires
  • Address inquiries and grievances
  • Mediate conflicts and promote a positive culture
  • Manage investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Administer performance appraisal systems
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate HR records

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Proven HR management experience
  • Certification in HR preferred
