Reliability&Rotating Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a reliability/rotating equipment engineer to provide proactive maintenance support, including rotating equipment reliability and Predictive Maintenance (PDM) services. You will oversee overhaul activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime for North Ghawar Producing Department (NGPD).
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement reliability and maintenance strategies for rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, gearboxes).
- Oversee and perform PDM services such as vibration and oil analysis.
- Develop and implement condition-based and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Perform failure analysis to identify root causes.
- Perform technical evaluations of new equipment for compliance with API, ASME, and ASTM standards.
- Maintain Reliability Unit KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost reduction).
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years-experience in Reliability / rotating equipment engineering
- Vibration analyst certificate Cat-III
- Advanced degree is preferred
