Maintenance Coordinator Supervisor

Operate, control, maintain and repair all aspects of the Palace’s Admins, Systems, equipment and assets to achieve optimum operating efficiency at all times for an ultra-luxury boutique hotel.
المسؤوليات
- Maintain Palace Admins, Systems, and assets
- Carry out preventive and routine maintenance PM & RPM
- Respond to guest maintenance requests within 15 minutes
- Ensure plant rooms and workshops are clean
- Control engineering systems and plants through software
- Manage store system, stock movements, and inventory levels
- Responsible for engineering digitalization and archive
- Update safety systems and programs
- Manage departmental expenses and budget alignment
المؤهلات
- Associate’s degree in engineering systems controls or 8 years equivalent experience
- 4–6 years’ direct experience in Hospitality engineering systems controls / Admin
- Fluency in English
