Premium Solutions is seeking a Director - Nursing (Critical Care) for a leading healthcare group. This role involves 24-hour accountability for clinical, operational, and budget responsibilities for all nursing services within allocated functions. The Director will manage large budgets and lead strategic plans for clinical services.

- Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff within critical care
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical services
- Direct resource allocation and performance management
- Oversee budgeting and financial compliance
المؤهلات
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field or MBA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or 3-year Diploma in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license
- 10+ years of progressive responsibility
- Nursing Management experience in acute care hospital
- Director-level experience within the specialty area
