We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our Abha branch. This role is responsible for overall store performance, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer experience, and managing store operations.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the store to meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store team members
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling
- Oversee stock management and execute stock replenishment
- Analyze sales performance and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and health and safety policies
المؤهلات
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2–4 years of retail management experience
- Valid residency and legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia
