This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will identify and engage qualified candidates or vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage the end-to-end procurement or recruitment process.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing, business, or related field
