GCC Senior Business Development Executive

Mozn is a rapidly growing technology firm revolutionising the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be driving business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and leading the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
المسؤوليات
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across public sector, FSI, and enterprise segments
- Develop account strategies aligned with customer goals
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand challenges
- Position AI solutions in terms of measurable business outcomes
- Present tailored proposals, demos, and business cases
- Understand the regulatory and risk environment in GCC markets
- Build long-term trusted relationships with customers
- Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
- Work with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to tailor messaging
- Ensure sales and business development targets are met
- Attend industry events and conferences
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AI, analytics, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Proven sales experience in the GCC
- English fluency required; Arabic is highly preferred
