Backend Developer

Join Nabu Casa's Cloud & Infrastructure team to work on Home Assistant Cloud services. Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and reliable backend applications with a focus on privacy and efficiency. This is a fully remote role supporting the world's largest open-source smart home platform.
المسؤوليات
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and reliable backend applications
- Participate in code reviews as part of a collaborative development process
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features
- Maintain and improve the performance, quality, and responsiveness of cloud services
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share best practices with the team
المؤهلات
- At least five years of professional experience in back-end development
- At least two years of professional experience in Node.js/Typescript
- Basic knowledge of system administration
- Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)
- Experience with Git & Github
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
