A confidential company is hiring a QA/QC Senior Officer in Baghdad to ensure operational processes and customer services meet internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves audits, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions for process improvement.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement QA/QC frameworks
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational processes
- Identify process gaps and risks and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Prepare QA/QC reports for management
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and IT teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 4–6 years of experience in QA/QC within banking or finance
