- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents
- Assist with personal tasks and errands
المؤهلات
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
