Developing a deep understanding of Lucidya's products and use cases to translate knowledge into real-world customer solutions. Partnering with Sales to uncover customer needs and design technical and business solutions.
المسؤوليات
- Develop deep understanding of products and use cases
- Partner with Sales to uncover customer needs
- Lead product demonstrations and workshops
- Own and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Handle RFIs and RFPs
- Communicate feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Ensure smooth handovers to onboarding team
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, etc) within a B2B SaaS environment
- Bilingual, able to communicate confidently in Arabic and English
