Lead Specialist, Operation DAP (Diammonium Phosphate) 3

Maaden is seeking a Lead Specialist to cost-effectively manage resources, including a well-trained workforce, to safely operate a Chemical Plant. The goal is to deliver Plant production targets within plans and budgets in line with the Production Strategy and Maaden's business objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Promote a culture of safety and zero accidents
- Ensure implementation of operational HSE Management System
- Lead a team in an assigned plant and manage performance
- Contribute to development of Production strategy
- Develop and ensure implementation of functional policies and procedures
- Prepare annual operating and capital expenses financial budget
- Ensure availability of production resources (raw materials, equipment, etc.)
- Optimize steam, energy, water and materials balance
- Ensure quality of raw materials and final products
- Manage safe shutdown and start-up of the plant
- Identify training needs and conduct training
- Maintain the risk register
المؤهلات
- Degree Certificate preferred in science/engineering or equivalent
- 10-12 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in Chemical or Fertilizer industry
