Project Manager ( Jeddah )

Lead and deliver complex construction and fit-out mid-size projects, managing the full project life cycle from planning to handover.
المسؤوليات
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Prepare project schedules and budgets
- Manage site operations and engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and HSE plans
- Identify and mitigate project risks
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in project management
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred
