المسؤوليات

  • Ensure recruitment, contracts, salaries, and dismissal of the company fully complies with the Saudi Labor Law.
  • Maintain the company's Nitaqat level (Saudization).
  • Manage government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher.
  • Manage work permits (Iqama) applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure salaries are paid on time through the Saudi Wage Protection System (WPS).
  • Compiling employee handbooks and formulating human resources management systems.
