Senior Site Architect (ARCHITECTS ONLY, Interior Architects will not be considered)

Ensure proper quality and scheduling of the concrete prefab houses construction. Key duties include quality control over site works and coordination with different parties to solve site problems.
المسؤوليات
- Quality control over the site works
- Identify site problems and coordinate with different parties to solve them
- Use Microsoft Project to prepare a schedule for project tasks
- Follow up the schedule of procurement and site activities
- Update the schedule on a weekly basis and send the report to the clients
المؤهلات
- Extensive knowledge in all finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminum works, wood works
- Should be an expert in AutoCAD and Excel
- Should have good knowledge of scheduling software's such as Primavera or Microsoft projects
