Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant who will provide expert consultancy, translate business requirements into implementable solutions, and provide hands-on EBS application maintenance and support.
المسؤوليات
- Analyze customer HR and payroll business needs
- Assist in EBS HRMS optimization and cloud journey
- Serve as Solution Delivery authority
- Design and develop customizations and integrations using ADF, PL/SQL, or OIC
- Maintain HRMS solutions and support on-premise or cloud setups
المؤهلات
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS with at least 3 full cycles
- Hands-on experience as EBS HRMS functional consultant (HR, Payroll, OTL, etc.)
- Experience in data loading/migration (FBDI, ADFdi)
