We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and meticulous professional who enjoys leading, motivating and driving the team of a Modern Brasserie. This position requires hands-on leadership with strong people management, capable of teaching, mentoring, and inspiring a team in a high volume, upscale restaurant.

المؤهلات
- Experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel or standalone restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
- Creativity and out of the box thinking
- A relentless and infectious passion for food trends
- An entrepreneurial mind-set
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Pre-opening experience is advantageous
