Lead and oversee the Group’s Human Resources strategy and operations across multiple entities, including listed companies. Drive organizational transformation and talent development.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute Group-wide HR strategy
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across all companies within the Group
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and listed company regulations
- Drive talent acquisition and leadership development programs
- Design and manage competitive compensation and reward frameworks
- Lead cultural integration and change management initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience supporting listed entities
