The Business Unit Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities across various channels including field sales, tele sales, and online sales.

- Lead the field sales team and execute sales strategies
- Manage the tele sales team and optimize lead generation
- Oversee online sales initiatives and e-commerce platforms
- Manage customer contract administration and ensure legal compliance
- Lead sales planning and forecasting processes
- Oversee branch sales operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Conduct market research and assess competitive landscape
- Develop department work plans and set KPIs
- Coordinate department budgets with the finance division
المؤهلات
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record in field sales, tele sales, and online sales
- Fluent in English
