Responsible for handling Import LCs, Local Export LCs (Saudi Arabia), Import Insurance, Insurance Claims, Sister Concern LC Support, and Banking Facilities management. Ensures compliance with LC terms, UCP 600, insurance requirements, and internal company policies.

- Review purchase contracts and confirm LC terms
- Prepare LC applications and verify goods description and compliance
- Coordinate with banks for SWIFT issuance and follow-up
- Track shipment readiness and ensure documents match LC terms
- Apply for refinance and monitor bank charges
- Handle insurance declarations and claims for damage or shortage
- Manage banking facilities renewal and activation
