We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on HR Professional who can establish, manage, and continuously improve the full Human Resources function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, from manpower planning and recruitment to performance management, job grading, policy development, and employee exit management, ensuring full compliance with company objectives and local labor laws.

- Develop and implement manpower planning aligned with business and operational requirements
- Establish HR structures, job roles, and workforce plans from scratch
- Design and implement job grading and grading systems aligned with organizational hierarchy
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate sourcing, interviews, offers, and hiring approvals
- Develop and implement structured onboarding and induction programs
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems
- Set KPIs, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans
- Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks from the ground up
- Ensure policies are compliant with local labor laws and company standards
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Manage employee exit processes, including resignations, terminations, clearances, and final settlements
- Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and audit requirements
