Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Repair Service Center, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and optimize operational processes.

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the service center
- Monitor repair project execution and quality compliance
- Lead and mentor technicians and supervisors
- Conduct regular audits and inspections
- Manage service center budget and costs
- Oversee inventory management
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications preferred
