Tax & Legal Services - International Tax/ M&A - Senior Associate (Qatar)

The ITS/M&A unit specializes in advising multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions and tax structuring. As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team delivering complex cross-border tax solutions for mergers and acquisitions.
المسؤوليات
- Support end-to-end M&A tax engagements, including due diligence and tax modeling
- Analyze and interpret international tax rules and local regulations
- Assist in designing tax-efficient structures
- Prepare high-quality deliverables including reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to knowledge development and training materials
- Monitor regulatory updates
- Participate in business development activities
- Support outbound transaction advisory
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of international tax principles, cross-border transaction structuring, and M&A tax considerations
- Proficiency in tax due diligence, deal modeling, and integration planning
