Sales Manager ( Omani)
وصف الوظيفة
To generate and maintain customers of defined accounts / areas through sales activities. To maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications. To ensure comprehensive & complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial & departmental executives. To implement & execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
المسؤوليات
- Generate and maintain customers of defined accounts through sales calls and activities
- Implement and execute sales objectives to exceed targets
- Solicit and serve transient and group business & meetings
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers
- Arrange site inspections of hotel
- Monitor accounts revenue and business production of own corporate portfolio
- Maximize up selling opportunities
- Review direct competition and conduct regular research
- Maintain an up to date account & contact database in property management system
المؤهلات
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English
- Prior sales experience is an asset
