To generate and maintain customers of defined accounts / areas through sales activities. To maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications. To ensure comprehensive & complete coverage of own portfolio covering all levels of accounts’ managerial & departmental executives. To implement & execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.

المسؤوليات

  • Generate and maintain customers of defined accounts through sales calls and activities
  • Implement and execute sales objectives to exceed targets
  • Solicit and serve transient and group business & meetings
  • Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices with customers
  • Arrange site inspections of hotel
  • Monitor accounts revenue and business production of own corporate portfolio
  • Maximize up selling opportunities
  • Review direct competition and conduct regular research
  • Maintain an up to date account & contact database in property management system

المؤهلات

  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior sales experience is an asset
