As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will create all the marketing content creation and copywriting for all platforms, manage social media and virtual groups to enhance the company's online profile, and manage CRM communication.

- Create marketing content and copywriting for all platforms
- Manage social media and virtual groups
- Manage CRM communication like email marketing, WhatsApp, SMS
- Manage databases of customer information
- Work with data to upload lists, create groups and segments
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities
- Analyze customer data to determine potential new markets
المؤهلات
- 2-3 years experience in Marketing
- Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and software
- Fluency in English and Arabic
