HRIS and Data Lead

Reporting to the Group Head of Reward & People Operations, the HRIS Manager owns the strategy, governance, and evolution of the Group’s HR technology landscape, currently centred on SAP SuccessFactors. The role acts as the central HRIS subject matter expert and delivers high-quality People analytics and workforce reporting.
المسؤوليات
- Defining and delivering the HRIS roadmap
- Maintaining HRIS configuration standards and documentation
- Translating business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions
- Acting as primary liaison with IT and external HRIS partners
- Providing functional HRIS support to in-country HR teams
- Leading HRIS configuration for annual compensation and performance cycles
- Owning the People data model and delivering executive-level dashboards
- Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR Technology or HRIS roles
- Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP SuccessFactors
- Advanced analytics capability (SQL, Power BI, or Tableau)
- Knowledge of data protection laws
- CIPD or HR technology certifications (Desired)
