We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with UAE real estate experience who are eager to develop their careers in both off-plan and secondary market sales while working in a supportive, performance-driven environment.
المسؤوليات
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties
- Promote off-plan and ready properties from approved developers and listings
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Generate leads and build a strong client database
- Maintain accurate property listings and client records
- Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and pricing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide professional guidance throughout the entire sales process
المؤهلات
- UAE real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and client-focused
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- RERA Certification is an advantage
- Multilingual candidates preferred
