A leading global consulting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join a high-profile entertainment program in Riyadh. This is a unique opportunity to play a key commercial role in the delivery of one of the region’s most ambitious entertainment projects. We need someone who has worked for Main Contractors previously.
المسؤوليات
- Lead commercial management activities including contracts and procurement
- Support the client in managing budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with commercial agreements
- Provide strategic advice to project leadership on risk mitigation
- Develop commercial processes and reporting tools
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager in construction or infrastructure
- Experience working with delivery partners, EPC contractors, or global consulting firms
- MCIOB, RICS, or equivalent (Desirable)
