We’re looking for a Head of People & Performance to own performance, incentives, and people risk across the business. This is a leadership function focused on building a high-performing, accountable team.

  • Design and own the company’s performance management framework
  • Establish clear review cycles and success metrics
  • Coach leaders through difficult feedback and exits
  • Design short-term and long-term incentive structures
  • Oversee employment risk and compliance

المؤهلات

  • 8–12+ years experience in senior HR / People leadership roles
  • Strong background in performance management and employee relations
  • Comfortable handling high-stakes, sensitive conversations
  • Commercially minded and risk-aware
