Visionary and entrepreneurial CEO to lead the launch and strategic growth of a specialty coffee brand. Responsible for defining the brand's vision, establishing market presence, and driving all aspects of the business towards profitability.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute the long-term strategic vision and business plan
- Provide leadership and foster a culture of quality
- Oversee all business operations including sourcing and supply chain
- Drive financial performance and full P&L responsibility
- Lead development of marketing and branding strategies
- Identify strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
- Recruit and mentor high-performing senior management team
- Act as the primary brand ambassador
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role (CEO, MD, GM)
- Track record of launching and scaling a business
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- MBA is highly desirable
