Join the innovative BytePlus team, the enterprise technology arm of ByteDance. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building strong long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure BytePlus solutions align with their business objectives.
المسؤوليات
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts
- Provide technical guidance during the post-sales phase
- Lead project delivery for cloud migration and deployment projects
- Act as lead liaison for technical issues and escalations
- Contribute to technical documentation and industry insight articles
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, CSA, CSM, or TPM)
- Deep expertise in cloud or AI product suites (AWS, Azure, GCP)
