Supervise and coordinate Hard Services operations to ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient delivery of MEP and civil maintenance services across assigned facilities. The role focuses on leading technicians, organizing daily activities, enforcing standards and procedures, and supporting uninterrupted facility operations while maintaining quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and coordinate Hard Services teams
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee execution of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil maintenance works
- Inspect completed works for quality and compliance
- Monitor inventory levels
- Support commissioning and handover of new installations
المؤهلات
- Technical Diploma (minimum 3 years) in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hard services operation and maintenance
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
