Finance Manager (Russian Speaker)

The Project Finance Manager will manage the end-to-end financial operations of real estate development projects, ensuring strong financial control, compliance with UAE regulations, effective team leadership, and accurate financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
المسؤوليات
- Monitor and enforce budget controls throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for optimal pricing
- Create and manage escrow accounts in compliance with UAE real estate regulations
- Prepare and oversee sales commission calculations
- Handle VAT submissions, returns, and compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, collections, and vendor payments
- Prepare managerial reports including cash flow statements, P&L, and balance sheets
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with mandatory experience in real estate development
- Russian (Required)
