Your role as a Recruitment Researcher is to work with both employers and job seekers to find a successful match. This position involves sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates for a globally recognized recruitment organization.
المسؤوليات
- Taking Job Briefs from Managers & Directors for active positions.
- Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Director/Manager.
- Actively working on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing candidates.
- Putting together high-level information packs for candidates.
- Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role.
- Updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database.
- Managing interview processes between clients and candidates.
المؤهلات
- A keen interest in Human Resources and recruitment within the business services industry.
- A degree or current studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicant needs to have a valid residency/student visa (sponsorship by Parent, Spouse or University)
