Sea Breeze Retreat Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in real estate sales, team development, and strategic market engagement. This role is critical in driving revenue performance, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the company’s vision for excellence in the real estate sector.
المسؤوليات
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of real estate agents operating under the company’s brand and RERA regulations
- Recruit, onboard, and retain qualified RERA-certified and trainee agents to meet monthly and annual sales growth targets
- Drive sales volume by setting clear revenue targets, transaction goals, and conversion KPIs
- Ensure all agents are fully trained and compliant with company standards and DLD/RERA requirements
- Manage and control lead distribution to maximize conversion rates and ROI
- Monitor daily sales activity including lead response time, follow-ups, viewings, and negotiations
- Enforce strict performance tracking through daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coach, mentor, and performance-manage underperforming agents
- Oversee commission structures and payout accuracy
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure lead quality and sales alignment
- Report sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to senior management
المؤهلات
- 3+ years experience in Dubai real estate in managerial position
- Strong knowledge in Dubai master communities, developer portfolios and buyer profile
- Fluent in English other language is a plus
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle mandatory
