The HR Generalist works under the supervision of the Head of Human Resources and provides administrative and coordination support to the Head Office HR function. The role supports HR activities for other branches by following established policies and procedures, while all key decisions, approvals, and escalations remain with the Head of Human Resources.

  • Support the Head of Human Resources in the day-to-day execution of HR activities across all branches
  • Act as a coordination point between Head Office and regional branches for HR-related matters
  • Follow up on HR requests and actions
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across branches
  • Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, forms, and reports
  • Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with employee relations matters
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Coordinate disciplinary and grievance documentation
  • Support recruitment coordination for branches
  • Assist with interview scheduling and offer documentation

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist support role
  • Experience supporting multiple branches or working within a shared services model is an advantage
