We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Operations Manager - Hospitality Services to join our Manpower Services team in Dubai. Assistant Operations Manager-Hospitality Services is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient operation of contracts and accounts in coordination with site supervisors, administrative support, and the Account Manager.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee all daily deployments of staff to assigned contracts
- Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of monthly T&A
- Key point of contact with client site teams for all operational matters
- Manage and optimize current workflow process across multiple lines of service
- Oversee the onboarding of all newly recruited staff
المؤهلات
- 3-4 years’ experience in an outsourcing company or similar large-scale workforce
- UAE Driver's License
