SADDA is an award-winning professional architecture and interior design company established in 2010. We specialize in Architecture and Interior Architecture, Interior Design and Fit-Out, as well as BIM and Engineering Services. We are seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer to lead and manage architectural design processes across a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
المسؤوليات
- Lead architectural design processes from concept to completion
- Prepare design proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards
- Collaborate with MEP, structural, and interior design teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards
- Fluency in English
