ROLE OVERVIEW. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Accounts & Administration Executive to join our Dubai operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, compliance, procurement, and daily admin — making it a critical support function for our aggressive international growth.

المسؤوليات

  • Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Zoho Books
  • Prepare and file monthly VAT returns
  • Coordinate with tax consultant on corporate tax obligations
  • Generate monthly financial statements
  • Track vendor payments and customer invoices
  • Manage purchase orders (POs)
  • Source competitive quotations
  • Coordinate with India manufacturing team on shipments
  • Act as contact for client queries on invoicing
  • Manage company trade licence renewals
  • Support HR admin including visa processing and payroll data entry

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
