Contracts Manager (pre award)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager – Pre-Award to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Contracts Manager (Pre-Contract) will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex, high-value contracts across service, vendor and strategic partnership arrangements.
المسؤوليات
- Draft, review and lead negotiations for Head of Terms, complex contracts including supply and services agreements with customers & vendors
- Identifying & mitigating contractual risks, in line with corporate governance & frameworks
- Ensuring all contracts comply with company policies, legal standards, and applicable regulations
- Monitoring contract performance and enforcing contractual obligations
- Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and business units to align contract terms with organizational objectives
- Lead negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Implementing financial and commercial activities focusing on gross profit, cash flow and developing strategies for contract optimization and cost savings
- Manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and variations in a timely and effective manner
- Reporting and Analysis & maintaining accurate records of all contractual documents and amendments
المؤهلات
- 6–12 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in solar EPC / renewable energy / infrastructure projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Commerce, or Business Administration
- Postgraduate qualification in Contract Management / Construction Law is an advantage
- Strong exposure to pre-contracts, procurement contracts, and subcontracting
