We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our duty-free store operations. The ideal candidate will lead our team in providing outstanding customer service, driving sales performance, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably.
المسؤوليات
- Responsible for managing the shops in the Terminal within an operation.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service possible.
- Ensure that daily sales are being tracked by the Shift Leaders and Sales Associates.
- Analyze issues in the Terminal/Shop that might affect daily sales and take corrective actions.
- Review Sales of last week/month by shop, category and brand compared to budget.
- Ensure compliance with all Airport, State and Federal employment laws.
- Accountable for identifying and ensuring proper training for staff.
- Accountable for ensuring the achievements of sales, stock and targets.
المؤهلات
- Strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrates ability to build effective teams and motivate employees.
- Knowledge of effective merchandise presentation standards.
- Understanding of Travel Retail concepts.
- Good problem solving skills.
