As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for new hires across our high-volume team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and engaged.
المسؤوليات
- Own the onboarding process for remote new hires across the high-volume Insurance division
- Orchestrate Day 1 readiness, ensuring new hires have tools and resources
- Oversee background check processing and I-9 verifications
- Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS and ATS
- Foster positive relationships with new hires
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
المؤهلات
- 1-3 years of proven experience providing support to People Ops teams
- Proven experience supporting remote populations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Packages
- Proficiency in using HR software (UKG) and ATS (Fountain)
- Knowledge of labor relations and laws
