Allianz Türkiye is looking for a team member to manage retail and corporate collection processes. The role involves monitoring operational tasks, managing month-end closings, and participating in AI and data intelligence transformation projects.

  • Monitor operational and month-end closing processes
  • Actively participate in business development and AI integration
  • Identify system-based issues and follow up with IT tickets
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of bank and current accounts
  • Review and respond to requests via Service Desk and CRM

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in AI development, Data Analytics, and ChatGPT
  • Solid knowledge in accounting and reconciliation
