Orchestrate Consulting Group is looking for an Office Assistant to support digital marketing and technology services. This is a 100% remote work opportunity with a focus on administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

  • Answer phones and emails to assist clients and team members
  • Complete entry-level bookkeeping and expense recording
  • Resolve billing issues and provide usage reports
  • Organize contracts, invoices, and process payments
  • Support quality assurance and database maintenance
