Senior Specialist Ground Operations Training and Standards

Riyadh Air is looking for a professional to develop, deliver and continuously enhance training programmes and operational standards across our ground and airport operations.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure frontline teams and third-party ground handling partners are fully trained and compliant.
- Assess performance through KPIs and balanced scorecards.
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records.
- Support line stations with operational and system related issues.
- Drive measurable improvements in service delivery and safety outcomes.
المؤهلات
- Degree qualified.
- At least 8 years in aviation ground operations.
- 5 years of training experience.
- Proven track record in managing training plans for ground operations personnel.
- Train the Trainer certification preferred.
- Thorough understanding of IATA, IOSA & ISAGO standards.
