Legal Counsel (Remote from Romania)

This role offers the opportunity to act as a principal in-house legal advisor for a fast-moving, innovation-driven organization. You will provide legal guidance across a broad range of product, commercial, corporate, and compliance matters, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams.
المسؤوليات
- Provide expert legal advice on product development, privacy, data protection, and intellectual property matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and technology transactions
- Support compliance initiatives
- Advise on global employment matters
المؤهلات
- 3–5 years of experience as a lawyer
- Legally qualified to practice law in your jurisdiction
- Experience in the crypto space is required
